Outside Italy the minimum order is 150 euro (considered only for goods, without shipping costs).

Shipping of materials
For nations of Europe Union the delivery is made through Poste Italiane Quick Pack Europe.
For the rest of the world the delivery is made through Pacco Celere Internazionale by Poste Italiane.
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of parcel and the country where it is shipped.
Delivery time is variable, but within a week for many countries.

The payment is requested in advance and can be done with bank transfer (in this case ask us our bank data) or with your credit cards through PayPal

Satisfied or refunded
You can withdraw or retract from purchase, as indicated on actual italian law,
except for favors and favor cakes and all materials made specially for you with your specifications.
In this case the italian law doesn't contemplate return of goods.
For all other cases, you must return us the parcel within 10 days after having received it. Before shipping, please inform us by an email.
The merchandise must be returned in their original boxes, as received. Shipping cost must be paid by you.
The refund of already paid money will be done as law, after having received and verified the parcel.
From refund we will deduct the shipping cost. In the case of replacement of items, shipping cost will be paid by us.

Cakes are shipped assembled and with boxes containing the sugared almonds and the printed cards, or in the way asked by you.
For protection during the transport, the objects will not be fixed on the boxes but contained in their own protection boxes.
You will glue them on boxes using the glue we put inside the parcel, or by any kind of glue like that used for modelling, or you could use the hot-glue electric pistol.
